Delivery & Turnaround

    Our Turnaround

    Most of our Collections are made-to-order and/or personalised (excluding some items such as bug hotels, panels and planters which may be held in stock)

    If we hold such items in stock we aim to turnaround these orders within around 4-5 days.

    For any made-to-order and personalised items, we look to design, manufacture and despatch within around 2-3 weeks. Please note - we do not send items to be lasered until we have approval of the design by you - so any delay in approval will directly affect the lead time in which you receive your item. So please keep an eye on your emails!

    Delivery

    For standard UK mainland delivery we use a variety of carriers to get you the best deal. The majority of our orders will be despatched by FedEx, Evri, Yodel & Royal Mail.

    We always used tracked delivery services, usually 48 hour.

    You will be notified upon despatch and we will provide tracking details. You will also receive tracking updates by email.

    In the unlikely event your parcel is lost in transit (an item is considered lost in transit if it has not been delivered within 21 days of despatch) we will offer one of the following solutions:

    - Replacement, remade at no cost
    - Store credit of equal value
    - 50% refund (if remaking is not feasible or wanted).

    If tracking shows delivery, we are unable to offer these options

    Claims for items not received must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After this period, we may not be able to assist.

    Returns

    In the unlikely event that your order:

    • Is Faulty
    • Arrives Damaged
    • Differs from your approved design

    We will happily issue either a full refund or free replacement upon receipt of proof of the issue

    Due to the bespoke and made to order nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or offer refund/replacement if none of the above apply.

    We are Flexible!

    Our prices, turnaround and delivery services are all based on standard UK mainland delivery addresses.
